Wendy Sisk joined our staff in 2002. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Central Washington University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Before joining the PBH team, Wendy worked at Community Psychiatric Clinic (Seattle), where she provided after hours crisis support and served as the Residential Screener. She also worked for Fairfax Hospital (Kirkland) as an Evaluator on the Psychiatric Assessment Team. She served as a volunteer for four years as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate in Ellensburg.
Wendy was initially hired as a Case Manager but has primarily worked as a Designated Mental Health Professional since 2004. In 2010, Wendy was promoted to supervise Crisis Intervention Services and a year later also assumed responsibility for the Community Support Services. Wendy was promoted to the position of Clinical Director on August 9, 2014. In 2016, Wendy was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Kathy Stevens holds a Master of Science in Counseling from South Dakota State University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Child Mental Health Specialist, and a Designated Crisis Responder.
Before joining the PBH team, Kathy worked at Capital Area Counseling Services in Pierre, South Dakota, providing therapy services and afterhours crisis support. She also worked for Children's Administration of the Department of Social and Health Services as a social worker and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for a private company working with the Department of Labor and Industries in Port Angeles.
Kathy supervised the Children's Department at PBH for 12 years prior to becoming the Clinical Director in 2016 until her recent promotion to Chief Operations Officer in 2021. She has over 20 years of experience at PBH.
Danielle DeOliveira joined the PBH medical staff in April 2017. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Danielle started her nursing career in community mental health in the mountains of NC in 2006. She worked in that setting coordinating patient care, managing medication monitoring, and performing lab draws. After becoming an advanced practice nurse, she worked for several years in private practice. There she learned the importance of communicating effectively with various agencies and developing strong teams. She always hoped to return to community mental health and was delighted to join PBH.
Since joining the medical team as a staff ARNP, she has been working with patients of all ages and their support systems. She was promoted to the Lead ARNP in January of 2023 and to Medical Director in January of 2025.
Dawn Brown joined the PBH finance department in July of 2016 and became CFO in July of 2017. She has served in various accounting and finance roles over the last 20 years, most recently as a controller for a private university. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah.
Anita joined Peninsula Behavioral Health in 2008 as a student intern in the BAS Applied Management program at Peninsula College.
After graduating in 2010, she began working full-time in Human Resources as a Human Resources Aide. Shortly after, she obtained professional certification in the Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.
Anita joined the executive leadership team when she was promoted to Human Resources Director in January of 2016.
Sydney started her career in 1992 as a Child and Family Case Manager here at Peninsula Behavioral Health. Through the years, she has worked in various settings, including private non-profit, tribal health, private practice, and as a contracted service provider for the Department of Children, Youth and Families. As a business owner, Sydney managed all aspects of contract compliance, while her clinical work focused on individual & family therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy. She has supervised clinicians, developed programs, and created a culturally-sensitive workforce development curriculum.
Prior to rejoining the PBH team in 2018, Sydney served the Lower Elwha Klallam tribal community for ten years, as a therapist and then as the Mental Health Program Manager at the Tribal Health Clinic.
Sydney holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, is a Nationally Certified Counselor and recently earned a black belt in Six Sigma quality improvement methodology.
Tracy joined Peninsula Behavioral Health in 2024 as the Development Director and became part of the executive leadership team in February 2025. With a strong background in communications, strategic development, and public engagement, she brings a wealth of experience to PBH's mission of supporting community well-being.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University East Bay. Before joining PBH, she served in local government, including roles as Sustainability Director for the City of Palm Springs and Communications Manager and Public Information Officer for the City of South Lake Tahoe. In these positions, she leveraged her expertise in grant writing, project management, public relations, marketing, and community event planning to enhance public outreach and operational efficiency.
Tracy's career began in the private sector as a strategic communications professional, where she honed her skills in messaging, stakeholder engagement, and media relations. A Federally certified Public Information Officer since 2012, she has been a trusted voice in crisis communications and public affairs for over a decade.
At PBH, Tracy leads development initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships and driving fundraising efforts to expand the organization's impact in the community.
Matt Pressley brings over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and strategic technology solutions to his role as IT Director at Peninsula Behavioral Health. Throughout his tenure at PBH, Matt has played a pivotal role in optimizing systems and implementing innovative IT strategies that support the agency’s mission.
Before joining PBH, Matt owned and operated an IT consulting business, working on contracts with the city, county, and housing authority, gaining valuable experience in public-sector technology solutions. He also served as the head of IT for a hospital in Alaska where he managed complex healthcare IT systems and ensured compliance with industry regulations.
Matt has extensive expertise in managing server infrastructures, security operations, and network optimization across multiple platforms, including Unix, Linux, and Windows. He excels at identifying and troubleshooting IT challenges, leading projects, and developing scalable technology strategies that align with business growth and operational efficiency.
With a strong background in both healthcare and public-sector IT, Matt is dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance PBH’s services and improve overall system reliability and security.
